You'll also find our Festival Trader terms which you need to agree to when you submit your application.
Application Routes
For 2024 all successful Market applicants (for any and all of our Markets) will need to become a Directory member for 2024 (through to end of January '25). By including all successful Market applicants in the Directory we ensure synergy between our real life events and online presence. This means that there are two application routes, one for non Directory members to apply to join the Directory and Festival Markets, and another for current Directory members to apply to join our Festival Markets. Please select the relevant application route from the buttons below to find out more and submit your application.
Applications for NON Directory Members
If you are NOT already a member of the Cornwall Shop Small Directory you will need to apply to join the Directory and our Festival Markets through this route. For 2024 all successful Market applicants (for any and all of our Markets) will need to be a Directory member for 2024 (through to end of January '25). This costs a £12 set up fee and £1 per full month from your listing launching (through to January '25) and includes your own page in the Directory, your listing by category, access to additional support services and ongoing promotion.

This application form is pretty juicy but it includes all of the information and assets to complete your Directory listing, and the great news is that once you are a Directory member you'll only need to fill in a short form to apply to Markets. If you want to apply for the Directory only (not Festival Markets too) head HERE.
Please note that by submitting an application you will automatically be added to our trader subscribers emails list to be in the know about our upcoming events, trader opportunities and application news. You'll only ever get the news you've signed up for and you'll be able to unsubscribe at any time.
To apply you will need:

3 x square* promo pictures with no graphics or montages (under 3MB each)

1 x square* trader photo (photo of you / the people behind the biz) with no graphics or montages (under 3MB)
* they will be cropped to square if not supplied square
To apply for the Market events you will also need (in addition to the assets above):

1 x stand / merchandised stock pic (under 1MB)
The application form fields detail where any information will form part of your public Directory or associated event Online Market listing if your application is successful, marked as '(public)'. All other fields are for internal use only.
IMPORTANT: When submitting your form please wait for the submission thank you message so you know your form has successfully submitted. During submission upload the submit button will turn grey. Larger files can take a while to upload depending on your internet speeds. You will also get an application notification email shortly after successful submission.
Applications Directory Members
This application form is for Directory Members to apply for Festival Markets that applications are currently open for.
If you are currently a Cornwall Shop Small Directory member who has signed up for 2024 you should submit your application through this route. If you are currently a Directory member but haven't renewed your listing for 2024 you can renew your listing HERE (using the password sent on the email including the information about renewing your listing). Once you have renewed your listing you can submit your application through this route. For 2024 all successful Market applicants (for any and all of our Markets) will need to become a Directory member for 2024 (through to end of January '25).
To apply you will need:
